Cheatsheet vignette #190

The vignettes we have now are long, detailed, and not that great for using as a reference. I want to see a "cheatsheet" vignette that succinctly describes what can be done with mhealthtools and written in a way that assumes the reader already has familiarity with the other vignettes.
