Remove keras dependency, guanlab modeling code, and related tests

Let's remove the keras dependency and the modeling code which uses it. It's a complicated install and we've already verified that the model does not produce the same predicitions as those submitted to the PDDB challenge so it is not useful to include as part of the package.
