Publications with missing studies are invisible in Publication Status plot #103

Describe the bug We have one publication in the portal that is associated with a funding agency, but is not affiliated with a specific study. As a result, the plot has an NA that shows up as blank.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Select NTAP as funder.
Navigate to Publications tab.

Expected behavior I would expect this to be assigned a "Not Annotated" value so that it has a color.

@allaway This seems to have been fixed using the module from projectlive.modules.
