visualization for estimated embargo end date per study, and add to study summary #145

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be helpful for each study to know when the Estimated Embargo End Date is. We collect this information in the data sharing plans currently. We don't want to add this to the public Studies table, necessarily, because this is information that is subject to change and the investigators might feel pressured to meet a deadline that is not a hard deadline but rather a 'check-in' date.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to add this to the Study summary page for each individual study, as well as to provide a funder-level view of embargo dates (regardless of study) that are upcoming in the next six months.

It would be helpful to know when the next upcoming embargo end dates are, regardless of study, say, in the next 6 months.

Describe alternatives you've considered A spreadsheet, which is helpful but it would be better to centralize this information as much as possible.

Additional context Data considerations: A study may have more than one embargo date, but the majority will just have one.

This is a medium-priority feature, I'd say. Not high, but useful.
