Add progressReportNumber annotation to ProjectLive - IncomingData #146

@allaway: "Hey folks, at the request of a funder I am remapping "reportMilestone" to "progressReportNumber". I want to avoid breaking anything in projectLive, so I will be duplicating this annotation on all files, but all future data will come in as progressReportNumber, so it will need to be changed in projectLive to get any new data. (this is specifically regarding the NF configuration of projectlive)."

Could ypou do the same for syn23364404 (ProjectLive - IncomingData)
