X axis of "Publication Year" in "Participating Studies" module showing decimal places #150

Describe the bug X axis of "Publication Year" in "Participating Studies" module showing decimal places instead of being integers.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://shiny.synapse.org/users/jbanerjee/testprojectlive/
  2. Click on NTAP
  3. Click on Participating Studies, and search topilko
  4. Scroll down to Publication Status
  5. See error

Expected behavior Years should be in integer increments eg. 2017, 2018, 2019 etc. If there is only one publication in 2019 for this study, the X-axis range should be between 2017-2021 (i.e. 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021), with one bar on 2019.
