Team: RBT Team, and workstream leads to follow

(1) Workflow standardizing how we use Github: want to share this out eventually
(2) Github board - review tickets altogether
Want to scope the Incoming column to be pretty light
Will revisit the sprint board every week

Finalizing task tracking system and use cases:

set a date by which we get this system done, and if we want to use Zenhub, by mid November
Document the system we would like to use and get feedback from other workstreams
Use Cases (Spreadsheets? Confluence?) and Task Management (Zen Hub / Github)
