This PR addresses #299 (finally~)

as mentioned during the project sync, I had some difficulties getting the queries to work in the backend. Hoping to pass along to @tschaffter or @rrchai to help with this? Currently the cards are hard-coded. TODOs are included in the HTML script.

Did you update package-lock.json?

EDIT: I see that you have added new packages so package-lock.json should have been updated and should be pushed.
