Capture DOI for Challenges

The website miccai2021.org has a page that lists challenges and for each challenge, a DOI is provided. Proposed action items:

• Add the property Challenge.doi
• Investigate and document how the ROCC could enable Challenge Organizers to generate a doi for their Challenge in ROCC.
