To explore further:

Use Iterations (cross repo) instead of Milestones (per repo)?
Is there a way to capture Epic/task dependencies?

@jiaxinmachine88 Now tracking this task in the workstream GH project

GitHub Beta is working well so far. Based on what I read, Epic are the largest type of tickets, often for features that may take more than one sprint to complete.
