Current behavior

As I'm onboarding a new member (Maria), I noticed that some (maybe even most?) of our docs in the docs folder are outdated, e.g. the cheat sheet.

@mdsage1 Is there any feedback that you could share on the state of the documentation? I know the documentation is not complete and that's why we are relying on in-person onboarding meetings.
