[Feature] Update boilerplate Angular app for Schematic

Description

Since I generated the Angular app schematic-app, recent versions of Angular introduced QoL (quality of life) improvement, including the adoption of standalone components and better server-side rendering, which is required for optimal SEO and generation of rich cards on social media sites.

The goal of this ticket to to create a new project schematic-web-app. There are at least two motivations for doing this now:

• Provide the FAIR Data team / @linglp with an up-to-date Angular app template as part of their review of Angular vs. React
• The Web Engineering team / Lawrence (@sagely1) decided to move the Agora Angular app to Sage Monorepo. This ticket can serve as a reference for the creation of Angular apps in Sage Monorepo, starting with observations that Lawrence and I made when starting the migration of Agora to Sage Monorepo.

This ticket is no longer needed because I'm in the process of removing the existing Schematic web app code (with the permission of Schematic owner). These two components (schematic-app and schematic-api-client-angular) can be easily recreated if needed.
