[Bug] Sorting challenge by start date should display challenges that start soon first

Current behavior

I think we already had this issue: Currently, sorting challenges by start date first display a challenge that starts in 14 month, then 8 months, etc.

Expected behavior

Challenges that start first should be displayed first
