[Feature] Add one-to-many relationship between challenges and DOIs #2669

Description

Yes, it would be helpful to have a one-to-many relationship between challenges and DOIs. They often have many, e.g. a design paper, results paper, dataset paper, dataset DOI (e.g. on Zenodo), software DOIs. I will re-order the list for you so that the DOI with the most citations appears first, hopefully that captures the most important one.

@gaiaandreoletti We received this request from James. If it makes sense to you, this is something that we can implement relatively easily by adapting existing code.
