[Bug] User couldn't find DEFoGD precisionFDA challenge with FDA, Parkinson and PD tokens

Current behavior

The user was looking for this precisionFDA challenge:

• https://precision.fda.gov/challenges/33

The challenge is indexed in OC:

• https://openchallenges.io/challenge/520/digitally-derived-endpoints-for-freezing-of-gait-detection-defogd-challenge

The issue is that the user couldn't find the challenge with the search terms:

• fda
• parkinson
• PD

Questions:

1. Shall all the precisionFDA challenge be returned when the user type "fda"? Note that we already have a filter to show the precisionFDA challenges.
2. While Parkinson (actually "Parkinson's") and "PD" are included in the first paragraph of the challenge on the precisionFDA challenge, these token as not included in the description captured by OC.

Shall all the precisionFDA challenge be returned when the user type "fda"? Note that we already have a filter to show the precisionFDA challenges.

I think it would make sense that the text search looks at title, description, and platform name. Possibly headline as well, as this will address your second point.

While Parkinson (actually "Parkinson's") and "PD" are included in the first paragraph of the challenge on the precisionFDA challenge, these token as not included in the description captured by OC.

It looks like the "At a Glance" paragraph was used as the challenge description, not "Background".
