Populate example App references

Based on the most recent iteration of the PHCCP data model, an App is a type of Resource that is like a tool, but "static" (cannot load a new Dataset or Resource). In contrast to a Dashboard (also Reference), an App either has multiple pages/modules/views OR looks nothing like a dashboard.

It would inherit the basic properties of Reference, including:

url: string
version: string
version_id: string

(and maybe others)
