Catalog Owner is hardcoded as `Roche/Genentech` #570

When creating a new Data Catalog as an Admin, the data catalog owner is hard-coded as Roche/Genentech:

@ychae decided that this task can be removed from Milestone 2.

Notes: We have an Organization model that is part of the login strategy. We need more discussion on what an Organization is and where we would like to use them (e.g. as the owner of a data catalog, tool, etc.). In the present case and as suggested in my above post, we could make the property organization of DataCatalog a free text field as a quick fix for this ticket.
