This docker image has not been updated since its creation on on July 29, 2019 2:40 PM. As we are arriving at the end of Milestone 2 and are preparing for its final release, it would be great to update our dependencies.

Tasks:

[ ] Add documentation on how to generate the docker image
[ ] Push updated image to docker.synapse.org/syn18489221/phccp-neo4j
