Improve dataset search by name based on CKAN API #76

For example, Sage's CKAN dataset includes a dataset named "Airway Smooth Muscle Cell Line RNA-seq". Typing "Airway Smooth Muscle" should return the dataset but it does not.

@ychae Can you take care of this issue? The task involves reading the CKAN api documentation to know how to best send to it search terms type in the search field provided by the portal. For some reasons, entering space separated search terms don't always return the expected result. For example, I would expect a dataset with the name "A B C" and typing the search "A C" to be return as the dataset includes both the word "A" and "C".
