[SYNPY-1383] Downloading data in bulk tutorial #1070

Problem:

  1. We needed a downloading data in bulk tutorial
  2. Some type hints were incorrect

Solution:

  1. Creating the tutorial and a script to drive the tutorial
  2. Correcting type hinting

Testing:

  1. Running of the tutorial script
