[SYNPY-1356] Cleaning up code and provding benchmarking results #1097

Problem:

  1. Before the upload algorithm was create for SyncToSynapse I had added a temporary boolean that can be removed.
  2. We needed to provide the benchmarking results for the changes to this functionality.

Solution:

  1. Removing temporary code
  2. Providing benchmarking results
