Upgrade python client version #278

Upgrade to synapseclient==2.0.0. This entails also upgrading PythonEmbedInR since synapseclient 2.0.0 now requires Python 3.6 and the existing bundled Python is 3.5.

TODO

[x] make code changes associated with the breaking/commented out vignettes (tables.Rmd) and some acl tests in synapser.Rmd
