Create script to auto-update visualizations #94

As data are added to a site we need to update visualizations manually - it'd be nice to have a synapse table full of projects and just run all the scripts associated with those sites to update visualizations on a weekly (or some other pre-defined interval) schedule.

We could keep a list of synapse sites in a table that points to code? Or just create special scripts? I'm not sure of the best implementation. Discuss with @jaeddy ...
