Updated docker to pull directly from the GH repo. This reduces some error with adding unwanted files to the image. Noted in the instructions to build with --no-cache to ensure Docker actually grabs the latest version of the repo. This does make it take longer to build, but it's a rather small image so that's fine.
Also added note about making sure the schema are registered before running. It will fail if a schema has been edited/added but not registered in Synapse.
