Schematic workflow #134

Add schematic workflow for SysBio templates. This contains the data model csv, jsonld schema, individual json schemas and xlsx templates, and code to produce them all.

@avanlinden The data model has a column source that currently contains the link for each SysBio or synapseAnnotations Synapse registered schema. In the future this should be replaced with the schematic-generated schema. We can decide whether to create a new organization or upversion existing schemas.

@afwillia Just double checking this PR is mainly used for generating template xlsx rather than replacing the current workflow of adding terms to sysnapseAnnotation repo and generate template by referring to registered terms?

@danlu1 yes, that's correct - we haven't updated the workflow for registering terms.
