Add link to open source file directly from graph #3

Clicking on the link should open the file and jump to correct line so that the user can quickly explore the stack trace. This is especially useful as many functions are anonymous. A preview of the source in a tooltip would be cool too.

Should work but URL is hard coded to file:///... I need to make the URL pattern configurable to enable github or favorite text editor, with automatic jump to line number (I tried #Lnn with file:/// but had no luck).

Deciphering perl is always a challenge :persevere:
