Currently, most -if not all, Sage code is not being evaluated when generating the output pdf file, and a placeholder comment is being inserted instead, unlike when having the online/interactive browser-based version PDF Format

Unsure if this was intentional or temporary, and if it's the former, perhaps we should look into options to enable the evaluation of Sage code during the pretext build command

Good catch. In May we agreed on removing the output section of the sage blocks. These should be removed.

I will keep this issue open for now as a TODO, and close it once we make the change to remove the output section (and the comment that shows in the printed version)
