Can you have more than one Ethereal Tether?

Seems like an open issue to me. What do you think, @adamkoebel?

There was no intent to limit the number of tethers. Non-issue, far as I can tell.

Agreed, I don't think it's a big deal, since the requirements to make one are pretty steep.
