Is DW accepting pull requests? #179

I got the Kickstarter message that the proofs for the print books were received, and it occurred to me that this repo won't be accepting any more pull requests. I am in the process of reading through it and have a few more edits to submit, but if it won't be accepted I will do something else (like make the changes in a wiki).

Yes, we will. The text here will still be used for non-print versions, in particular HTML.
