Improve Magic Items #47

Items need to be brought up-to-speed narratively to fit the rest of the game.

A library of magic items, or even table combination thing (item, power, description, downside tables) would be really cool. I find I keep forgetting to have any treasure at all.

Apparently I can't assign it to you? I don't know what's up with that. I just assigned it to myself to show that it's something the core DW team is doing, not a typo fix or something that anyone might handle.
