increase deafult nonresponsive camera timeout setting #427

- increase default timeout from 5 seconds to something less strict, like 10-15

- update the error message to make more clear what happened and point the user 
to the timeout setting

Increased default timeout to 15sec and clarified the alert message in R1672.
