It would be nice to have an option to keep a grappled target at the distance at which they were grappled, rather than automatically being moved adjacent to the grappler, for creatures that are capable of grappling at a distance. Using the follow grapple position will sometimes let you keep a token an extra grid square away, but generally, it pulls them right next to them. Simply using following instead works for maintaining the distance, but it doesn't lock the target's movement or hook up with conditions, so grappling at distance would be handy.
EDIT: Ungrappling by ID as a macro would also be useful.
