We need to setup an obs project on separate path on to share between all ports for global project configuration.

All done now, project was setup in: https://build.merproject.org/project/show/nemo:testing:hw:sony:kumano:customers:sailfishos-sonyxperia https://build.merproject.org/project/show/nemo:devel:hw:sony:kumano:customers:sailfishos-sonyxperia

There should be a separate project instead of inside the kumano to be shared between on other parts this is part of #31.
