We a package to store ssu-vendor-data such as repository variables. This consists of:

Mer/build.sailfishorg.org specific build flavour outside of rnd release
Adjust layout between testing and devel flavour e.g. use release in repository layout for testing projects
Variables to adapt of for potential changes in obs repository layout

Most of this generic and can be reused by existing ports.
