[BUG] Parsing of droid-src version to build droid-hal fails if it isn't present #96

If before the droid-hal build the spec file of droid-src isn't present parsing of the version of the sources to built against fails.

Either droid-src spec always has to exist or the droid-src package itself has to be checked.
