Give chromatic.app the root.

I need more details about this pull request.

Saily it self does not setuid/setgid to root for operations, that may cause crash and is not stable for pinning the document path. Instead, it will call rootspawn, located at /usr/sbin/chromaticspawn, for root operations.

I need to know what will change with this pull request, did it fixes anything? or will it make something to work but currently not?

Yeah you right as chromaticspawn do the job.
