New Aeon4 social workflow #367

This PR introduces a new workflow for Aeon4 social experiments. The workflow created was based on the Aeon3 that has been tested and running. AEON4 does not have any rfid so those nodes were removed. The harp clock in Aeon4 is the original timestamp generator, so Bonsai is now using one more package to be able to deal with it.
