AEON4 kernel power error #385

The past two days we've noticed Aeon4 crashing when running online sleap inference. We're testing now running the social workflow without online sleap inference to see if that is a cause.

In any case, the PC hardware on this and Aeon3 needs to be replaced after this next set of social experiments.

Not accessing the webcam stream seems to have stopped these crashes.

We will continue to monitor the situation on aeon4, but will close this for now.

Still happening with latest social experiments, even with a spinnaker camera instead of the webcam. We are considering upgrading the computer power supply. The same error on AEON3 was solved by replacing the computer.
