New datasets for paper

While making figures for the platform paper I realized that there are some datasets that would be nice to have, but we are currently missing . Luckily they are trivial to obtain and should require no/minimal changes to the current workflows.

• [ ] Months long recording: one of the claim of the paper is that we can do months long recordings. In practice the longest 24/7 we have ever done was a couple of weeks "only". It would be great if, after finishing the current social experiment, we will leave one on them for two more weeks in AEON3 arena.
• [x] Escape: one of the claim of the paper is that we can study other natural behaviors beyond foraging, one of them being escape. Tom successfully ran some escape sessions in AEON4, but the data are somewhat messy. It would be great to have one or two sessions of escape, just to make the point it is possible. This would happen in AEON4 where the speaker is already set up, leaving one of the current social mice for a couple of extra days. This would however need to check that the workflow and the speaker works before the next social starts. We can use the workflow already set up for this, not the social one.
