All cameras vizualizer #483

Add a table layout panel to the control panel workflow to visualize all the cameras connected to the computer.

Fixes #481

I guess given @glopesdev comments in issue #481, this should just be a new separate workflow?

If we could have something dynamic, where the number of nodes created is read from a config file that specifies the camera serial numbers, e.g., that would be ideal, but can discuss this.

Also I notice that the 'LightTest' workflow has made its way in here in this PR, but I guess it shouldn't be here?
