Tmp files don't properly reload env on workflow start #515

In a recent PR, I think it was added to delete tmp files after workflow launch. However, it appears they are being deleted before the env is reset to the values contained within them, which I think is not the behaviour we want.

Closing as on a hard reboot bonsai can't save tmp files (doy)
