There is an opportunity to acquire data from an implanted mouse (Npx 2.0 Beta) on the week of 27th of May. This mouse will be culled the week after and no more “free” mice will be available until the end of the summer.
Recoding duration ideally would be at least 48h, ideally more. The latest IMU test lasted for 8.30h with no tangling, so idea is to monitor the mouse during the day, in the evening check and eventually untangle, and then leave it for the night.
To my knowledge, we can use the same workflows used for Tiago’s presentation, maybe with small adjustments?
Requirements are to be able to record behaviour:

There is also the social experiment that is due to start around May 7th-10th, with some training videos that should be recorded before. Since train videos don’t require the full workflow, starting date is a bit further on and we are time limited by mice availability, I would suggest to prioritise the ephys (only limited to the requirements above) in respect to the social.
