This PR specify the coordinates for the new rfid readers on:

AEON3:
- GateEastRfid (977,984)
- GateWestRfid (955,95)
- PatchDummy1 (675,594)
AEON4:
- GateEastRfid (930,993)
- GateWestRfid (928,134)
- PatchDummy1 (639,566)
