group layers also groups thalamic nuclei #7

At least in generate for the atlas projection, everything below the 7th level of the atlas is grouped. That means thalamic nuclei get pooled together. Should be easy to fix (see cutAtlas for instance) but is it a bug or a feature?

None of our projections went to thalamus so I didn't even know about this. Oversight.
