@adamltyson has some bird data with checkerboard. This is already somewhere on SWC-CEPH and might be useful to test this with DLC or SLEAP or whatever.

There's also some checkerboard videos in the courtyard at SWC.

Current problems:

[ ] OpenCV is slow to notice that there's no checkerboard (!!!!?) understand and fix/workaround.
[ ] Understand timecode (dis)agreement.

It would be nice to be able to report an error metric for datasets 1 and 2 by the end of this term (Jan 2024)
