Document plugin install process #10

The readme should document the plugin install process and should also contain a list of plugins and where to find them.

@alexanderbrown The README will start to get long if I do this. Shall I fire up the Wiki and do it there? BTW, do you prefer "MaSIV" or "MASIV"? I realised I've been using both.

Generally I prefer MaSIV but not super fussed.

Agreed, let's move to using the github wiki / GitHub Wiki ;)

Let's keep the readme for:

  1. What masiv is
  2. What types of files are supported (tiff, for now, only)
  3. Basic installation requirements, pre-requisites. Detailed installation notes can be left to the wiki

I prefer MaSIV too. Agreed on Readme. We should add an image too. I'll do those things and get started on the Wiki.
