Preview of line/curve/circle etc. when painting with brush #371

The summary says it all, I guess. This would be a most welcome enhancement.

In DPII, there was the option "Fast feedback" on/off, in case your computer was
too slow for live updating when you were drawing lines etc. with a brush.

it WILL be too slow.
I guess we could still do it for small enough brushes.

I see. It's really slow in DPII too, but sometimes useful.

Maybe one way is to have a preview mode just based on the outline of the brush.
Not applying effects and such.

Preview already doesn't apply effect, so we don't have the performance problem
of transparency, the worst of them. Only remains the issue of big brushes when
the line is long and we need paste them many times - and clear all afterwards.

If the display of preview was cancelled when a mouse movement occurred, it
would greaty remove the problem.

Cancelling the preview on mouse mode is a good idea.
