Custom Directories for report generation.

The name basically states the goal. This one is not difficult I can do it.

• [x] Add input for report directory for a case by case system.
• [x] Check if directory exists
• [x] if directory does not exist make directory
• [x] Have navi output all reports to this path.

When it comes to a UI we should have it set up that there is a refference to this path displayed in the 'navi ui'
