Rework the Navi Wiki #43

Namely we are stripping out the current rasa integration in favor of putting in our own custom AI Model down the line. As such we are bringing it back to using GPT In the meantime. So the documentation should reflect this.

This needs a complete rework with the new systems in place as well as a section on building new custom commands.
