  1. Petrified Planks just have an empty recipe whilst the Stairs don't have any recipes whatsoever for it.

  2. Petrified Slabs & Stairs aren't able to be mined with an axe, breaking and disappearing if doing so.

  3. Most likely intentional but I find it a bit odd for Petrified Wood specifically, mining Petrified Logs with a pickaxe makes it break into planks.

I'll add the slabs and stairs to the axe category, but the planks thing for no. 3 is because of the code for breaking into planks with the wrong tool on wood, I just copied that over
